Your first 3 incorrect attempts will appear as normal

On the fourth attempt, and fifth attempt you will be required to enter a 'captcha'

After 5 incorrect attempts, you will be locked out for 30 mins

If you get to three incorrect attempts you will be required to enter the captcha upon your next login attempt regardless of what account you try to login to.

An admin will be required to unlock the account. This is done by going on to the relevant employees record, then in the overview in the top right there will be an option to 'unlock account'. Click this and the employee will be able to login again.
