If your expense was declined, you are able to view the reason it was declined within the mobile app.

To locate this area:

  1. Click the tab icon in the top left-hand corner:


2. Click the 'My Expenses' option on the left hand side:

4. You'll be taken to all of your expense requests. You can also use the tabs at the top to direct between Pending requests, Approved, Decline or Paid:

5. From here, put your finger on the declined expense and swipe left:

Clicking on the question mark icon will provide you with the reason it was declined.  

The pencil icon will allow you to edit this expense and submit for another request. 

The bin icon will delete the expense. Although admins can view deleted expenses, this will be unretrievable for the employee.
