If you're encountering error messages, such as "Device Not Found" when trying to access TapInTapOut on your mobile device, the fastest way to fix this may be to reinstall your application.

1. Firstly check the People HR application has access to your location.

2. Providing access to your location is turned on, if TapInTapOut still won't work, delete the application. This is done by pressing, and holding the application icon for about three seconds. Your phone should then vibrate, and you can drag the application to the bin which has now appeared on your screen (most likely at the top or bottom of the screen - depending on the platform of your mobile device).

3. Install the application again, allowing access to all information.

4. Login again with your username and password.

TapInTapOut should now work providing you have allowed access to your location.
