To setup an automatic email to applicants once they have applied for one of your vacancies, please follow the steps below:

1. Ensure you have an email template created which you wish to use. The article in the below link will explain this if you have not already created one:

2. Once you have your template created, simply access Settings > ATS and then select the Application tab. In here you will see an option named "Send auto acknowledgement email to applicant”, in the dropdown list, simply select the template you wish to use.

When an applicant finalises their application, they will be sent this template automatically.
