We have a new release for our People® HR Mobile App. This update consists of some minor bug fixes to ensure the use of this app runs as smoothly as possible for our customers.
SI-2179 - In certain circumstances, when logging in via SSO on mobile, some users were shown the mobile website interface, instead of the intended mobile app interface.
Enabling Single Sign-On helps you improve security. You can now confidently enable this feature for all members of staff logging in via their mobile app.
SI-2348 - For some users, toggling the sound OFF was automatically reverting to ON.
This small issue has now been resolved. You can edit your 'Sound' settings on your mobile app by selecting the Settings tab on the left-hand side.
SI-2361 - Users who had an email domain extension contained more than 8 characters were presented with an “oops” message when logging in via the app.
This had been quickly picked up by our technical team, who have now removed the character restrictions for email domain extensions during login.
