You can set a default language for your company so that the main areas of the system (such as headings, captions, error messages, alerts and emails) will be automatically translated.

As well as setting your company default, you can also set different languages for specific locations. For example, you may want to set it so that employees in the location ‘Munich’ will view their People® HR system in German.

To locate these Settings:

  1. Click the ‘Settings’ tab

  2. Click the ‘Localization' tab

You can also view the historic changes of these fields by selecting the clock icon (shown above).

Employees can change their language individually if the default is not their preferred language. Please see the link below on how to do this:
