Everyone can view the company planner, and as an admin, you can decide what Managers and Employees can see within it.
To check or update this:
Click the 'Settings' tab.
Select on the 'Company' tab.
Scroll to the bottom.
From here, you have some different options to select as to what users with 'Employee' Status can see and what users with 'Manager' status can see.
For the Other Events Reasons button, you can turn this on so that employees can view the 'reason' of an employee's Other Event (For example, Study Leave). If the button says TURN ON, it is giving you the option to turn it on and is therefore currently turned off.
Please note: Admins can view all employee events on the company planner.
