This article explains how an admin/manager would add or deduct TOIL to an employee's record.

To add or delete TOIL:
1. Click the 'Employees' Tab.
2. Select the employee record.
3. Go into their Planner.
4. Select the blue 'Settings' button.
5. Click the 'Add' button to access TOIL settings.
To Add TOIL: type in the amount of TOIL you would like to add and click Save. The TOIL measurement (Hours/Days) will depend on how your entitlement is measured - this will be the same.
To delete TOIL: Click on the '+' Icon to change this to a '-' and enter the amount of TOIL you wish to deduct from the employee's balance.
TOIL will be removed from the entitlement if not used by the expiry date. If no expiry date was added, TOIL will remain within the entitlement until booked.
--Can I edit the Expiry date for TOIL?--
Once TOIL value and expiry date date has been specified, you are unable to edit this, Please remove the TOIL you have just added (as explained above) , and re submit with the new value/expiry date.
