(Admin Only) Giving third part access to your People® system

Giving Consultant Access

As an Admin, you have the ability to give third party access to your system. This is for when you require someone who does not have an employee login to allow admin access to your system, for example:

  • HR consultant

  • Payroll

  • Auditor 

Instead of adding them as an employee and giving Admin status, you can simply add them as a consultant. 

Please note: You will have to have the Consultant license to be able to do this. If you do not, please contact to turn this on for you free of charge.

To do this:

  1. Click the 'Settings' tab

  2. Click 'Consultant'

  3. Click the plus icon:

This will give the consultant full admin access to your system - everything you are able to action and see as an admin, they will too. 

Accessing system as a consultant

Once you have been added as a consultant, you will have receive an email to log in for the first time and set up a password.

Make sure you save this on your browser for future logins!

Please note: Consultant logins will not be affected by the Access Identity Migration.
