View yours or your employee's work pattern.

This article examples how to view your own work pattern and how a manager/admin can view another employee's work pattern.

--View my own work pattern--

  1. Click on the 'Me' tab

  2. Click on the 'Planner' tab

  3. Select the blue exclamation mark icon

Here's an example of a work pattern:

Effective date - The first day the employee begins on this work pattern. 

Contracted Hours - Weekly contracted hours

Full Time Hours - The weekly hours worked by a full time employee in the same sector. This information is vital to calculate your FTE (Full Time Equivalent)

Full Time Entitlement - How many hours/days holiday does a full time employee receive for a full working holiday year.

--View another employee's work pattern--

1. If you're an Admin - Click on the 'Employees' tab
   If you're a Manager - Click on the 'Team' tab

2. Select the employee you wish to view

3. Click on the 'Planner' tab

4. Select the blue exclamation mark icon
