What to do if you see the Access Denied error message

If you're trying to log in, but instead are presented with an Access Denied error message, this may be something to do with your browser. Here's a few things you can try first:

1. Try a different browser - maybe theres a slight problem with th browser you are using at the moment. 

2. Clear you cache - you may need to clear your browser cookies and cache. Here's some articles on how to do this:

3.  Speak with IT - If the above does not help, we advise speaking with your IT team. They may have set some additional security measures for work computers or wifi.
