As 2FA is set up per mobile device, if you get a new phone you will be unable to log in straight away. Please contact a member of your HR team or system admin, as they will be able to reset your two factor authentication for you following the instructions below: 

Only your system Admins will be able to reset your two factor authentication. 

Once actioned, you will be able to log in.
