Please note: If your payslips are added as documents, these instructions also refer to locating your payslips.
In People HR, you have two areas for documents:
Your own documents/payslips (Found in your employee record)
Company documents (Available for all or some employees)
This article will explain how to locate each type of document on the mobile app, and also how to sign one of your documents if it requires a signature.
Employee Documents and Payslips
Employee documents are those found in your employee record, that are specific to you, for example, your Employment Contract or your payslips.
To locate these:
Click on the main menu icon
Click 'View Your Profile'
3. Click 'Documents'
You will now be presented with all of your personal documents, which may include payslips.
You can use the filters to sort by name, category, or date.
If there is a clock icon next to the document, this means it requires a signature:
To sign a document
Click on the clock icon
Click 'Sign'
Select where it says 'Enter your name here'
Type your name
Click 'Done'.
Company Documents
Company documents are those uploaded by your system admin and can be uploaded via the desktop only. These may include your company handbook or policies for example.
To locate these:
Click on the main menu icon
Click 'Documents'
All company documents that you have been given access to will be here. You can use the filters to sort by name, category, or date.
