In People HR, you have two areas for documents:

  • Company documents (Available for all or some employees)
  • Your own documents (Found in your employee record)

This article will explain how to locate each type of document on the mobile app, and also how to sign one of your documents if it requires a signature.

Company Documents

Company documents are those uploaded by your system admin and can be uploaded via the desktop only. These may include your company handbook or policies for example. 

To locate these:

  1. Click on the main menu icon
  2. Click 'Documents'

All company documents that you have been given access to will be here. You can use the filters to sort by name, category or date. 

Employee Documents and Signing

Employee documents are those found in your employee record, that are specific to you, for example your Employment Contract or your payslips.

To locate these: 

  1. Click on the main menu icon
  2. Click 'View Your Profile'

3. Click 'Documents' 

You will now be presented with all of your personal documents, which may include payslips.

You can use the filters to sort by name, category or date. 

If there is a clock icon next to the document, this means it requires a signature:

To sign a document

  1. Click on the clock icon
  2. Click 'Sign'
  3. Select where it says 'Enter your name here'
  4. Type your name
  5. Click 'Done'.
