This article will explain how to view your expense requests and view approval/decline comments.
To locate this area:
You can either click 'View Expenses' on the expenses overview on your dashboard:
OR
click the main menu icon:
and click 'Expenses'
2. You'll then be taken to all of your expense requests (Pending, Approved, Decline or Paid):
View declined comments and resubmit
From here, click on the declined expense you wish to view. Here you will see the declined comments at the top.
You can then treat this like a normal expense report, clicking into an expense line to edit or the plus icon to add a new item. You can then submit again for approval.
