We have now integrated with Wootric to further develop our customer experience and feedback management at PeopleHR. The software helps measure and in turn enhance client satisfaction.
We will be gathering feedback from all system users within your organisation to give us a continuous view of how we can better develop our customer experience in the future using net promoter scoring (NPS).
What does this mean for you?
As a PeopleHR system user, you will begin to see the following screens within PeopleHR on both the mobile application and within the Desktop site.
Desktop
On the desktop, you will see the above screen first which allows you to give your opinion on how the PeopleHR system by answering one simple question, "How likely are you to recommend this product to service to a friend or co-worker?" Here you can leave a score between 1 - 10 that represents where you sit on this spectrum.
Once scored you will then be presented with a text box where you can choose to leave further comments regarding why you have scored People HR as you did and to leave any supporting comments which will help us further understand the feedback and score given.
Mobile
On the PeopleHR Mobile application, the same questions are asked; you will see the above screen first which allows you to give your opinion on how the PeopleHR system and customer experience is performing for you as a business overall.
Again as you can on the desktop, you can also leave further comments regarding why you have scored this as you did and leave any supporting comments which will help us further understand the feedback and score given, as shown in the below screenshot.
Things to note:
If you complete the review and submit this to us we will only ask for you to re-do this every 180 days to allow us to continuously monitor how your experience is going with PeopleHR.
If you close off the review you will be prompted every 30 days to submit your score and any supporting comments associated with this.
The survey will appear for all user types, Admin, Manager, and Employee.
