The Path To Great app is a tool that is used to track your performance journey.
If the Path To Great app is enabled for your company and it is not currently present within your Workspace you will be able to download the app via the '+add apps' button:
Key features of the Path To Great App:
Show history = this will show you your previous positions.
Hover over your position to see the date you were mapped and the category you fall into.
If your Manager has published a position for you it will be visible on the app, if not you will be presented with:
