Authorisers will receive and an impact insight when a holiday request is submitted to them

Below are the specifications for the impact insight section that is shown when an authoriser receives a Holiday / Other Leave request.

  • Green suggests Approved requests. Blue suggests Pending requests.

  • Holidays /Other Leave for the managers team are selected 7 days either side of the requested date.

  • If the manager is Additional Reports to for any employees, holidays/other leaves will also be displayed.

  • Additional managers will not be able shown indirect reports.
