The 'Cases' tab on the left hand side can only be viewed by administrators. If you open the 'Cases' tab, you can see any open cases relating to employees, such as disciplinary action, grievances, suspensions or simply just to make a note of something in relation to the employee.

If you click on the '+' icon you can start a new case. You will then enter who the case is about, enter the summary and mark the status of the case. You can enter any comments and also upload files.

The 'Cases' tab only shows open cases. Once a case has been closed, it will available in the employees record under 'Case Log'.
