We will shortly be rolling out People® - our new admin platform. This is exciting news for every person in our company, and you will all soon receive your unique login details, which will let you access your own personal dashboards.

As employees, you will soon have better access to the information on your employee record - such as holidays taken, shift patterns and contact details. You will also enjoy better control of your employment, as you will have the ability to update your own details (such as if you change your phone number), as well as the ability to submit electronic holiday requests and get alerted when a decision is made.

As managers, you will soon enjoy better control of not only your own record, but of your team. You will be able to see who's off on any given day when a holiday is requested, and you will be able to better identify problem absences within your team. You'll also have access to a number of reports, which you can generate to present the progress of your teams.
