When adding an Holiday, Sickness or an Other Event, you may be presented with the below error message:

This message will appear if you already have something booked for that day. To check this:

  1. Click on the 'Me' tab
  2. Click on the 'Planner' tab
  3. Locate the day you wish to book, you'll see that there is another absence logged on that day:

If the event is a full day, only one entry can be added per day. This will have to be removed before adding the required entry.
