This report displays the percentages and average values of interesting facts within your company. These figures are calculated by analysing your company data to produce a factual report in real time of your company this calendar year.

This report is available for all system user types; Employee, Manager and Admin. 

As an Admin you can turn off this report by following below:

  1. Click into the 'Settings' tab
  2. Click into sub-tab 'Company'
  3. Click 'turn off' to turn off this report

To access this report:

  1. Click into the 'Reports' tab
  2. Click 'Top Facts About Our Company' report

Change Report - Click this button to exit this specific report to enter another report.

Convert to pdf - Click this and it will download the report as a PDF file.

This year we are: 

This section displays a summary of active employees you currently hold in the system. This will also show you the percentage of which are leavers and new starters.

Employees - This displays the number of active employees you hold in the company today.

Starters - This displays the percentage of new starters in the last 12 months compared with the previous year.

Leavers - This displays the percentage of leaver's in the last 12 months compared with the previous year.


We are:

This section displays the number and percentage of Men and Women within your company which have a gender specified within the 'Personal' tab in their profile at the date you run the report.

Men - This is the number and percentage of live Male employees in your system.

Women - This is the number and percentage of live Female employees in your system.

We're mostly working:

This section displays the number and percentage of employment types in your system, this will display the top two employment types and another category named as 'Other', which is all other employment types including those as blank.

This information is specified in the employee's 'Personal' tab under the 'Employment type' field.

Other -  This is the number of employees who have all 'Other' employment types in your system, this is all other types of employment.

Part Time - This is the number of employees who have a 'Part Time' employment type in your system, this is the highest ranking value.

Full Time - This is the number of employees who have a 'Full Time' employment type in your system, this is the second highest ranking value.



Our national background is:

This section displays the number and percentage of the top two nationalities in your system and the third being all other nationalities, this populates from the nationality field from the employee's records.

Other - This is the number of employees who have a different nationality in your system, this is all other and blank nationalities.

British (as per example) - This is the number of employees which have a British nationality in your system, this is the highest ranking value.

Australian (as per example) - This is the number of employees which have a Australian nationality in your system, this is the second highest value.

We were absent for:

This section displays the percentage of days lost to Absence this year. This will include an overall percentage and a breakdown of sick, holiday and other.

Other - This is the percentage of absence of which was recorded as other- This includes Public holidays and Maternity/Paternity.

Holidays - This is the percentage of absence of which was recorded as holiday.

Sick - This is the percentage of absence of which was recorded as sickness.

We’ve been here for:

This section displays the total length of service in years worked for all active employees in your company and the total number of employees length of service in groups of Less than a year, 1 to 3 years and More than 3 years.

We've been here for - This is the total number of years worked by employees in your company.

Less than a year - This is the number of employees which have less than 1 year Length of Service.

1 to 3 years - This is the number of employees which have between 1 and 3 years Length of Service.

More than 3 years - This is the number of employees which have over 3 years Length of service.

Our ages:

This section displays the total number of ages split into 5 different age categories, this consists of:
Upto 25
26-35
36-45
46-55
56+

<25 years - This shows the number of employees under 25 years of age in your company.

25-35 years - This shows the number of employees between 25 and 35 years of age.

36-45 years - This shows the number of employees between 36 and 45 years of age.

46-55 years - This shows the number of employees between 46 and 55 years of age.

56+ years - This shows the number of employees above 56 years of age.
