In particular situations it may be necessary to determine why your email

servers are not allowing the People® system to connect to the server and

send mail to applicants.

We recommend using an SMTP test tool. An example of one is:

http://smtper.nanogenesis.fr/;

This will generate a log file that will help you understand if there is a

settings issue in your mail server.

You may also need to whitelist our sites IP address - 198.61.254.245
