We realise that not everybody shuts down at the end of the year. So, in case you’re working over Christmas and New Year, here are the ways you’ll be able to contact support, if you need us:

  • 18th – 22nd December: Customer service open as usual
  • 25th – 26th December: Customer service closed. During this time, our infrastructure and security teams will remain online 24h, as always, to monitor system status.
  • 27th – 29th December: Support available via Chat from within the People HR application, and via the help page.
  • 1st January: Customer service closed. During this time, our infrastructure and security teams will remain online 24h, as always, to monitor system status.
  • 2nd January Onward: Customer service open as usual
