As a manager, you will have access to your teams records within People®. You will also have access to your indirect reports records too. But these don’t automatically show. The steps below will explain how to access those records if you choose to:

First, click on the ‘Team’ tab on the left hand menu. This will present you with a list of employees who directly report into you.


Then, hover over ‘Quick Filters’ on the right hand side and select Include Indirect Reports. This will then expand the list, including any indirect reports. You can then access any of these records by clicking on their name.


Note, as default within the system, you will only receive holiday and leave requests from your direct reports however you can see any holiday request for your direct and indirect reports by clicking on 'Authorisations' on the left hand menu.
