1 . Queries Required:

Name: "Annual Leave Feed Entitlement"

Selected Fields and Filters:

"Employee Id": No Filter
"First Name": No Filter
"Last Name": No Filter
"Annual Leave Start Date": This Year (alternatively you can filter in line with a specific holiday year, specifically if you have employees on different holiday years).
"Annual Leave End Date":
"Allowance (Days)": No Filter

Name: "Annual Leave Feed"

"Employee Id": No Filter
"First Name": No Filter
 "Last Name": No Filter
 "Holiday Start Date": This Year (alternatively you can filter in line with a specific holiday year, specifically if you have employees on different holiday years as in the above query).
 "Holiday End Date": No Filter
 "Holiday Duration (Days)": No Filter

2. Create an API key from within Settings with access to "QueryBuilder"

3. Set the cut off date which you would like the tool to stop at. 

4. Reports Location- Select the folder where you wish the below reports to be saved to:

  • Entitlement Sheet.csv - parses the "Annual Leave Feed Entitlement" query records and sums the "Allowance (Days)" in order to obtain the UX "Total Entitlement" field

  • Taken Sheet.csv - parses the "Annual Leave Feed" query and accumulates the "Holiday Duration (Days)" if holiday end date is before the Cut-Off date. The total is displayed in "Total Taken".
