When adding text within the People system, you may be presented with the following error message:

"One or more invalid characters were detected. Please check them and input the data again."

The following characters are supported, and therefore can be entered within our text fields:

 : _ ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) - + = , . ; ? : / \ -

These characters are also supported when creating new passwords.
