Details for whitelisting our address when People® emails are in your spam folder or not arriving

You may find that sometimes emails from your People® site are either moved into your Spam / Junk folder or simply do not arrive.

If this is the case you may need to contact your IT to allow our emails to pass through your email server.

The IP addresses that they will need to whitelist are:
